What we collect. The website URL you submit (public by design — it appears on the map), payment details handled entirely by Stripe (we store the payment status and the email Stripe gives us), and basic first-party usage events (page views, clicks) without third-party ad trackers.

How we use it. To run the game: showing territory ownership, recording battle history permanently, sending you a notification if your territory is taken, and preventing abuse.

What is public. The battlefield is a public ledger: brands, territories, prices and timestamps stay visible in history even after territory is lost. Emails are never public.
