Refund policy

Conquered territory: no refund. When another brand pays the takeover price for your territory, that is the game working as designed. The previous owner receives nothing and can retake at the new price.

Stale checkout: automatic full refund. If someone else conquers the territory in the seconds between your checkout starting and your payment completing, your payment is automatically refunded in full and no territory changes hands.

Failed or mismatched payments: no acquisition. A payment that fails, or arrives with the wrong amount or currency, never takes territory. Wrong-amount and wrong-currency payments are refunded.

Administrative refunds. We may refund and reverse an acquisition at our discretion (for example fraud or abuse). Reversed acquisitions are removed from money statistics.
