Terms of service

TAKEOVER is an entertainment product: a shared, permanent map where brands buy and take territory. By purchasing you agree to these terms.

What you buy. A purchase places your submitted domain on one territory until another buyer pays the takeover price. You are buying a revocable placement in a game, not ownership of anything, and not advertising with any guaranteed duration.

Losing territory is the game. Any territory can be taken at any time by anyone paying the current price. No compensation is owed when that happens.

Acceptable use. Submit only domains you are authorized to represent. No unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content. We may hide, rename to a neutral label, or block a brand and its domain at our discretion to keep the battlefield safe; blocked purchases are refused before payment.

Pricing and availability. All prices are set server-side and shown before checkout. The service is provided as-is, without warranties; we may change or discontinue it. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before a claim.
